No idea, but Mortal Instruments has Clary, who is an art person.
It’s not YA but Little Fires Everywhere was a good book and the main character is an artist.

One that I read years ago and loved was Dark Visions by LJ Smith. It’s not all based on art, but the main character is psychic who’s power manifests itself in the form of art. Really good book!!!
REN CROWN ???? it’s so so good, too complex to explain here but check it out if you can! the worldbuilding and the characters are amazing and ren is a powerful mage who channels her powers through her art
the villain is her evil art teacher lol her most powerful weapons are literally the paints and brushes and paintings she makes. and the ebooks are all pretty cheap since the author is self published!!
