Not sure of the authors you’re in to but if you like fantasy and ranch and such, the Guardians trilogy by Nora Roberts is really really good. And I don’t read her at all. That’s the only series by her I’ve read and I absolutely loved it.
Also, if you wanna go longer than a trilogy, ACOTAR-Sarah J Maas, Shatter Me-Tahereh Mafi, Fallen-Lauren Kate, Red Queen-Victoria Aveyard, Touched-Elisa S Amore and the Reboot duology by Amy Tintera
Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor is my all time favourite trilogy A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas comes a very close second and I also loved A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness
Daughter Of Smoke And Bone, well Days Of Blood And Starlight And Dreams Of Gods And Monsters are the books I truly hated. They were so boring to me. They only focused on the war. Nothing else.
Have you tried Robyn Peterman the hot damned series? It has some romance with witches, wolves , etc.
Twilight isn’t a trilogy.
There’s the All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness. It’s an urban fantasy/historical romance.

Acotar is a trilogy, with a novella.
It’s actually going to be 6 books with multiple novellas so it’s technically not a trilogy.

Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick is pretty similar to Twilight. It’s a quartet tho, so is Twilight.
