I love all of her books! I started with Shanghai Girls and its sequel, then went on to all the rest. Currently reading Sea Women.

I’ve not read her, but I’m listening to Snowflower and the Secret Fan and am enjoying it!
Snow Flower or Shanghai Girls are both terrific. Shanghai Girls has a fantastic sequel, Dreams of Joy. And my very favorite of Lisa’s is the story of her family, On Gold Mountain. It’s her only nonfiction, but it reads like a novel! Amazing story and so well-written!
On Gold Mountain is an excellent nonfiction book about her family’s immigration to America.

Shanghai Girls and its sequel Dreams of Joy were the first 2 I read. Peony in Love and Snow Flower and the Secret Fan are also excellent.
Definitely, Snow Flower and the Secret Fan. Lisa See’s nonfiction book about her family, On Gold Mountain is very good too.

Peony in Love was my first Lisa See book & I fell in love with her books. Tea Bird of Hummingbird Lane is my next favorite.

Just finished Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane and was so sad to see it end. I loved it! Haven’t read any others but will have to now.

If you like a little non-fiction the memoir or biography of her family is terrific–On Golden Mountain. I loved it.
