ARC that I can’t speak of yet.

Also, The Art of Inheriting Secrets by Barbara O’Neal was the most recent I *can* talk about. 😀

Very touching.

1

Sure, so touching, if any of you friends know any book with such description of war and hatred, recommend me the title, I really want to learn about this small universe we fight in, kill each other even when we know we can’t lice it forever.

Simon Asiimwe
I understood very well the subject matter and narrative of the book, its factual presence, and I wholeheartedly appreciate how the depiction and recount of Mr. Weisel’s experience was detailed. However, you have mistaken the empathy I felt, experienced, and tried to imply as a reader of the book for a discounting of the horrific message it intended, or how eloquently and expertly it was related in the prose. I am not lost on the recollection the author and survivor wrote about or what it portrayed. I was simply commenting on its message and affect on me. Your apathy and assumption was exactly that, and had absolutely no connective truism to my original comment Sir.

I had to look the name up as I read this book a while back. THE SAME SWEET GIRLS by Cassandra King had me sobbing and to this day just thinking of why it affected me that way makes me want to cry. I loved the book but you sure need tissues especially for the ending. Just remembering it now has me tearing up. The characters were so real and I became quite attached to them.
