Often times the stories are not fair to them, they can’t be all hellbent in BBQing everything.

Although I have never read one, I think seem interesting. Which one have you read?

I’m currently reading the Pit Dragon Trilogy, and basically they’re on a planet where they have dragons and they’re basically large chickens and roosters.

What king de genre do you like to read?

I prefer fantasy above others with a nice pinch of romance, a good helping of adventure, and a cup of action. those ingredients are always nice.

I saw “How to Train Your Dragon” for the first time just a little over a year ago. I totally loved it!

@Nirvan it’s amazing. I love Toothless ?

@Tika Was the sequel any good?

0
Tika

@Nirvan it’s alright. Not as good as the first one but still worth a watch.

@Tika I figured. Sequels rarely turn out to be as good, so I generally avoid them unless they come especially recommended. Think I might keep it on a list for one of those rainy days when I’m bored.

Like anything else. If done right, they’re amazing.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are chrunchy and good with ketchup

mythical n beasty yes. I have a problem when they start getting human traits. like laughter. I want my dragons furious, burnt-cuisine oriented and fantastical. not chummy, smarmy and— Oh who am I kidding, I love em!

Dragons are cool, if a tad scary, yet misunderstood, at times. I’m definitely a fan of Naomi Novik’s Temeraire series.

Honestly haven’t read many that have them. And one used it as a title, I imagine in that world they existed long ago but went extinct

I have never seen The Hobbit films, but this motion-capture footage has to be the best dragon acting ever: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXN9IHrnVVU

I say it is a bad idea. A dragon might rip and tear the pages, along with catching the whole book on fire if it can breathe fire. If it is a young or immature dragon, it may just eat all the pages. No, dragons have no place in books. They should stay on the outside like every other reader.

@Isabel, they would definitely leave their mark, but it probably wouldn’t be a bookmark!

If dragons can stand on sandcastles, I believe they can get into books, and I mean they can read. https://youtu.be/1p8ZnJ7x-6Y
