I’m weird, if I’ve read the book or seen the movie first I usually won’t seek out the other. But of the few I have, I’d pick the Hobbit.

I’m not nearly as fond of The Hobbit as I am enamored of the LOTR, so I figured it would be much less of a loss we’re the movie to be a poor adaptation.

Much to my delight, I loved the films!

I hear ya. I feel the same about LOTR. I’m more into a novel format than an epic format. That’s why I prefer the Hobbit. But I really enjoyed the LOTR movies.

A Little Princess. The Princess Bride. To Kill a Mockingbird. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Gone with the Wind, And most of all Harry Potter series. Although the books are way better! (I know you asked for favorite. There are too many to pick, these are the few i could narrow down to! ) ??
