@Maria I first read this book in the 80’s, right when it first came out. It got me so hooked that I drug it with me on a vacation to Europe and barely put it down. I think it was my very first apocalyptic fiction book, too. You will enjoy it.

@Nancy the film is amazing. Long, very long haha. But amazing. The stand and rose red are my favourite films so i knew my first taste at his books had to be one of them

I love his whole Dark Tower series! It’s amazing, but be warned that it’s pretty much an emotional roller coaster, especially by the end!
