Fantasy and science fiction. Included in fantasy are some books that get catalogued as “paranormal romance.” But also a lot of Urban fantasy and classic high fantasy (Tolkien). For science fiction I read just about the whole spread including “hard science fiction.” I enjoy books that make you think as well as entertain you.
My favorite is a good murder mystery. But have discovered YA fantasy this year and am enjoying reading it. Next up is more adult fantasy. Then I am going to explore other genres to see if there is something outside of my comfort zone mysteries) that I might like .
