I stay away from sad books when I can. But Clockwork Prince murdered me savagely. I went through nearly the same experience Will Herondale did, and my feelings were still raw when I read it… It completely broke me for weeks… When I met Cassie, before CPrincess came out. , she asked me who my favorite character was. I said, “I am Will,” and she told me she was sorry. ❤????
It is, it had me questioning my own morals, I had such conflicting feelings over every character presented. Everything about it had my brain thinking and looking between the lines.
