So I have two book shelves and on one bookshelf it’s all my series books or if I have more than one book by an author (ex john green) and then I alphabetized them by author

On my other bookshelf it’s all books that I need for school on the top and it’s organized by height. The next shelf is church related books and instruction books (knitting music etc) and the final shelves are stand alone books also alphabetized by author

I take the lackadaisical approach….wherever there is room on the shelf with the same author lumped together.

my daughter organised mine alphabetically and by Fiction/Non Fiction. But seriously, I’m thinking of colour – because that’s how I actually remember them.
