Generally I don’t eat while reading since I will over eat, but if I do it is generally crackers or something dry and won’t cause damage to the book.

sometimes, if im hungry and need a snack, pretzels will hold me till i can eat real food. but when im reading, i dont like to interrupt my book. :/

I’m really bad because I read while I am eating dinner so I don’t enjoy dinner because I’m enjoying the book. This is the road to fat. I must stop doing it. Just sitting reading I like raw almonds

I usually make a warm drink and have a snack of some sort just before I read.

A chocolate bar, cereal, fruit, crisps… it depends how I feel.

It gives me time to relax and get in the frame of mind to read. That way I can read without distractions ?

It used to be potatoe chips but it was too hard to eat the chips and keep the grease off the paper.
