I read some books to escape, other books to contemplate, some to gain knowledge, and yet others for soul-searching and self help. Each genre serves a different purpose.

When I am tired from my chores, I sit down, pick up a book and read, getting my rest and being rejuvenated at same time. I finished reading a big book today, a novel based on human trafficking. Very enlightening. Name of it is “A Walk across the Sun”. I recommend it.

I grew up reading books at a young age and that love of books has stayed with me right up through my adulthood. It has never dimmed and is stronger today. I am obsessed with books but it is indeed a good obsession.
