How bad? Seperate what pages you can and let it air dry. If that doesnt suffice use a blow dryer on low heat

I prop mine in front of a fan overnight while trying to avoid a 2yr old tantrum I wanna throw. In the morning I smooth out all the pages and close it. Then put a heavy book on top of it for the day.

I like your thinking

Separate the pages and let dry then sit something heavy on top to try and smooth out the pages. There’s really nothing more you can do. I’ve tried blow drying one before and the pages were really ruffled and turned out pretty bad

Thank you all!!! It’s pretty bad. I guess it had time to soak in. I tried blow drying it and it made it a little less damp. I’m hoping to let it just dry out over night. It was the back part (mostly authors notes and a sneak peak of another book that I’ve already read, . So not too bad) I’m just so thankful that it was actually mine and not a library book or borrowed from a friend. ??

Put it in your airing cupboard overnight. It should help finish it drying.

Update: I let it sit for the day and it does not look pretty at all, but it’s readable.
