I really hate people folding the corner of a page to hold their place! It annoys me so much that when I buy books as a gift, I put a bookmark in the book. ??
I agree! I know I’m in the minority, but I hate notes in the margins! Hate hate hate! I have slips of notes in some books as I refuse to write in them. I will use highlighter in my Bible, but I never write in it or any other book.
I hate it when people take a new book and open it cracking the spine, then lay it down with the page open..as @Paula says that’s what the bookmark is for!
Katherine Animales that is really annoying, I was telling my friend the other day I was on the bus one day and this man sitting behind me, was looking over my shoulder reading my book, I ignored him, then he started reading out loud! I moved seats. 🙂
I tend to pick up bookmarks when I buy books, I have a box with the ones I want to keep, I have a few roald dahl ones and an silver engraved one I got for my birthday a few years ago x

I hate when I’m reading and people keep talking to me interrupting me. Very annoying!

I really don’t like it when people don’t take care of their books, especially if I give it to them.
When they put the price sticker (and it’s always a great big one) over the book blurb!
