It’s a site where reviewers, librarians and booksellers can get early reviews digital copies of upcoming books. https://www.netgalley.com/
yes unless you read on your computer these are all digital review copies…If you are looking for paper books try the Goodreads giveaways.
If you look for the books that say ‘read now’, you automatically get those. You don’t have to request them.
Lately so many are requesting that are not established bloggers and many bloggers have been turned down.
I signed up as an educator, I have been turned down for some books, (mostly Harlequin) but I am approved for most requests.
I am a librarian, buyer for a 27 library Overdrive consortium and a blogger and I still get turned down every once in awhile.
They seem to accept people who only review on Goodreads so as long as you review somewhere you can apply.
If you want free books but not necessarily ARCs, try the Overdrive app. Free audio and ebooks from your library. It rocks! You may already use it. I use Netgalley too but it serves a different purpose.
