Today I’m taking the while Sat for myself – woke up late, read while still staying 2 h longer in bed, drinking tea after an incredible week and now dinner in another town ?
@Donna i can imagine, not easy. But more we make ourselves a priority, more energy we have for others afterward. If I might suggest, schedule 10 min a day for something that would help you release tension, besides reading :*
@Linda, for how long are u vegan? Some towns have very few vegan restaurants as far as a saw (and felt it in my stomach during the years I was working abroad and being vegan). Now, for 2 years I’m only vegetarian. Luckily, there are lots of vegan & vegetarian options in Bucharest where I live
About 5 years now but been a vegetarian for about 30 years. It’s very easy to be Vegan in Brighton UK where I live….a very hippy chilled out place with lots of veg cafes.
I normally can’t. But today I’m opening the gym at the Boys and Girls club. There’s nothing to do but sit here for 4 hours twiddling my thumbs, so I use this time to write.
I was at work today so haven’t done much of anything… I did get to hang out with my best for an hour or so and now I’m visiting a friend at work then go home and read for a bit then bed lol x
Went walking around my city this morning (Pokémon Go event) and felt pretty good about that.
Also, at the risk of sounding ridiculous, I made a meme of my friend’s cockatiels which she then posted on the page she has for them. It was a silly daft thing but it made someone happy and I’m just over here like..?
