My advice to anyone reading this book. If you are someone who goes into a story willing to accept the rules of the world as defined by the author, then you might love this book as much as I did.
I wouldn’t mind reading that though it’s out of the norm for me. But I used to live near Petersburg VA surrounded by many famous Civil war sites. Is the book good?
Midnight’s Children by Rushdie. It rewards close and slow reading. He has a fine sense of the right phrase in the right sentence; it’s obvious that he loves the language.
