The Art of Racing in the Rain and The Nightingale are the last two books that made me cry dinosaur tears ?❤️

The Host for me too. I’ve read it at least 7 times and I still sob every time. Especially with the new chapter at the end with Mel’s POV.

I cried so hard when Dobby died! I also cried at the end of Deathly Hollows when Krecher was like “FIGHT FOR MY MASTER! DEFENDER OF HOUSE ELVES!” So touching.
@Morgan OMG yes!!! I love krecher. All he needed was love and understanding and it totally changed him!!!
His and Dobby’s relationship was pretty cute too. I loved how Dobby loved Harry and Krecher hated everyone “Dobby went along too sir to make sure Krecher did his job”

I cry at contemporaries. Like The Hate U Give, Dear Martin, History is All You Left Me. But Betrayed and Awakened by PC Cast and Kristin Cast which are fantasy make me weep.
I haven’t read The Hate U Give yet but the movie made me bawl like a baby.
A Monster Calls broke my heart, I cried for hours ( and I was sneakily reading it in class so obviously the situation was terrible )

Not fantasy but “The storyteller” by Antonia Michaelis made me cry my eyes out. I couldn’t sleep the night after reading it, it was so sad.

The Medoran Chronicles by Lynette Noni, the last two books made me cry. Second last one made me bawl my eyes out. I sobbed. I don’t cry often so this was a heart wrencher. I got teary in the last one but didn’t cry

@Ally I went to her book signing and she said that character wasn’t supposed to die and they were her favourite character and so she cried herself coz she had to kill them. It devastated me! It’s bitter sweet that the series is over but I can’t wait for what she comes up with next!
