Series of Unfortunate Events. I never see anybody ever talk about it, and Daniel Handler’s writing is just. So clever. That series is so good and so fun to read.

@Ciarra I enjoyed them too. I’m glad they are making the tv show. Maybe that will draw in more readers. Though I’ve only seen one episode it seems ok what do you think?

@Shelley I really like the Netflix show! I think it follows the books pretty well, and the casting is excellent. Especially Patrick Warburton as Lemony Snicket

Ciarra Marie Williams Patrick has the best voice don’t you think? I’ll have to start watching again. I like save up several episodes of my favourite shows so I can binge watch.

Truthwitch by Susan Dennard and One Of Us Is Lying by Karen Mcmanus. Amazing books/series, never see anyone talking about them.

@Sam The Breakfast Club reference on One of Us is Lying is what caught my attention. It would make a great movie.

This series but I haven’t finished it, so we’ll see. It’s pretty amazing so far.

Fever by Dee Shulman. An original story, unique characters, a mind-blowing secret. I really liked it. But people think this book is unrealistic (it’s a fantasy book of course) with unreal characters just because the main character is a talented girl, she is super smart, has a sweet deep voice and is very talented with a guitar. As if humans can’t be good at more than one thing.

Tiger Lily by Jodi Lynn Anderson. However, I haven’t read it in years so I’m planning to reread it next year to see if my opinions have changed
