Real life story of Anne Rule who had a personal relationship with Ted Bundy while she was working to become an investigative journalist. She spent years working with him as a colleague at a crisis hotline center while the investigation of several murdered woman was going on. She worked with the police, being a retired policewoman to help solve the cases little did she know she was friends with their serial killer. She never suspected him. This book blew my mind.

Great book, but thought it was a fictional story

Becky

No based on what happened in ww2 from the perspective view of a German village. Film is brilliant too.

Interesting. Thanks for enlightening me ?

The setting is real, but the characters and their actual stories are fictional. One of my all-time favourite books, but I don’t think the film does it any justice at all.
