@JwSierra Mine, too. But there was a mini series called Lost in Austen that was fun. Elizabeth Bennet walks into a modern-day London flat and the flat resident enters the Bennet home and interacts with all the characters of Pride and Prejudice.
Colin Firth. I mean I own the Keira knightly version too and am willing to watch both (hence buying them both ?) but if I was only going to choose one then firth
Colin Firth version, always
@Katherine true..but tonight I think I’m leaning towards the spectacle of the Bollywood version…or the classic Olivier
@Katherine me too
My favorite is the one with Keira Knightley

@Susan I haven’t seen that one
I just watched The Jane Austen Book Club and now I’m inspired to reread her novels
And watch versions of them lol
Colin Firth BBC production
Zombie’s version
@Marian i love Pride and Prejudice and Zombies! Loved the book too!
I prefer the 1995 version. I do like the 2005 film, but it felt rushed. (Then again, they didn’t 5 to 6 hours running time to work with.)
The version with Colin firth is the best! ???
colin firth
Colin Firth
Colin Firth—always!
BBC version rules. No questions.
The Zombie remix lol
All.
The BBC version with Colin Firth absolutely no question. But it depends if you want to watch horror, which Jane Austin did not intend!
I like the 1980s version with David Rintoul
I watch every version I can and compare the acting.
BOTH! I loved the newer version, but a lot of friends love the older version
BBC always the best.

Colin Firth every time!
1995 BBC is fabulous but I love the kitschy musical Bride and Prejudice. Bollywood!
I watched it last night! I adore it! I’d forgotten it had my favorite Gilmore Girl in it.
Has anyone seen any other foreign interpretations of Ms. Austen’s work?
BBC version with Colin Firth…
I love the one with Keira Knightly. That is my favorite.
