I just finished “Sarah’s Key,” and I am so caught up in the idea I would like to read T of A, but probably not next. I need a little time to recover. It is painful to visit that time in history. As it should be.
Compared to other books, it is okay, not great. Nothing new and the characters lack emotion. It feels too calm, like nothing horrible happened around them.
I have it on hold at library. Waiting impatiently as if I don’t have 100 books to read before it…?
I’ve had it on my Kindle for a long time and I figure now is a good time to get it finished
Its so good!! Sad but still so good. Some parts are a little tough to read but i love it
I agree. Definitely already cried a time or two.
@Krista me too!!
Just started! I’m about two chapters in and it’s already amazing!
Pretty sure I am going to start it today too. I just finished The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.
@Melissa that one is in my TBR. I just finished The Librarian of Auschwitz. Another amazing book!
I loved it! Could read it again.
It is good. Based on a true story.
One of the best books I have read this year
Just bought it but not read it yet
I have never heard of this book before

My next book to be read once I finish the Cuckoos Calling.
Excellent!
I loved it.
Really loved it.

A great Book Club read ?
A really good read sad, uplifting would recommend.
On my ‘to buy’ list. Only 4 more kilos to go before I can purchase a book.
Loved it
