Does 11/23/63 get better? I just started maybe 60 pages in and it’s sort of confusing and little weird

Mandy

@Chrissy I think that’s true of almost every King book lol. Yes everything gets explained, it’s definitely worth it!

I also loved 11.23.63. I was thinking about it today in fact about 3 years after reading it. It’s one of those rare books that leave a lasting memory.

It really does. I must have read it 5 years ago. I doubt I remember any other book I read that year.

Sleeping Beauties is so hard to get through and very political, my opinion, the world falls apart because there are no women, really! 11/22/63 was fantastic!! Also, try The Long Walk.

I haven’t read Sleeping Beauties yet but 11/22/63 is very good. Unlike many people, it didn’t LOVE it, but I did enjoy it. It’s not even in my top 10 list of King’s. But some of that could have been my life situation at the time of reading it. I personally love It, Salem’s Lot, The Shining, Pet Semetery, Dead Zone, Under the Dome and others more than 11/22/63.

Hated Sleeping Beauties..long and drawn out without really ever saying much.
11/22/63..my favorite King book and an excellent story that I had trouble with coming back to the real world and present day time.
