A Curse So Dark and Lonely comes to mind
Oh I just read two! I literally just finished How to Keep Rolling After a Fall, which is about a man in a wheelchair.
And Love and First Sight which the boy is blind.
A quiet kind of thunder. It’s about a boy who is deaf and a girl who is mute and it follows there relationship. So good!! I loved it!

I can’t remember the name, but it’s about this girl with cerebral palsy and she had to move in with her uncle in like Greenland or something? Somewhere really cold. And then she meets someone and it turns out he’s something else.
It’s not ‘out of my mind’ or anything that anyone else listed.
It’s a YA syfy book. The cover is really pretty
