I remember that line from P. B.!!!!We lived overseas at the time and I would hoard small treats like that as well. Once, I went to make a cake mix for my daughter’s birthday and little bugs had gotten into my hand mixer. So when I turned it on, they all flew out of the vent into the mix. I burst into tears! It is the small things from home that bring comfort! I knew exactly what that character felt!!
