I recently went back to work after being off for 10 weeks on FML to take care of my mom and then she passed away on March 31. I read a ton during that time off and since I’ve gone back to work now I don’t have as much reading time. So it’s taking me a while to get through the Alienist. But yes, I’m hooked!
So sorry to hear about your mom. I can’t imagine what you’re going through. ?

@Becca I just finished Divergent. I get sucked in and read that one in 3 days. So far my girlies aren’t letting me read as much, but I’m guessing I’ll be onto the third book by Monday.
I loved the first two books but I couldn’t get past the first 2 chapters of the last one.

I’m still on the first book but it’s so good. I went ahead and got the other ones ordered on Barnes and noble.
@Becca I own most of the series but I think I started reading it before it was complete. And then forgot about it
I had I think the first 4 books but never got around to reading them so when I was getting rid of books I got rid of them.
Oh no! I have to hunt mine down. I boxed a lot of books this year
I did that too. I got tons of new ones so I had to box up the ones I’ve already read but wanted to keep.
I’m planning on starting the Percy Jackson Series. Everyone has told me it’s great. What do you think? Is it a good choice?
