I think night circus is the better of the two but caraval is a great read too.

I am an avid reader. I’ve tried The Night Circus three times….I can’t do it…..
Try the audiobook. I’ve been told it’s beautiful.
Night Circus was better (although a bit confusing for some) but both are good.

Night Circus. Caraval wasn’t anywhere near as well written, but the plots of both are fantastic.
(Although Caraval is an easier/lighter read, if that’s more your thing!!).

The Night Circus would have been amazing but was slow and at times boring. Loved Caraval even though it’s not the best writing. I think it moves quicker and pulls you in faster. Took me FOREVER to finish The Night Circus.

I LOVE The night circus! Didn’t read Caraval yet but it’s on top of my to read list as well.
I found Caraval disappointing after the hype saying it was as good as the Night Circus. It wasn’t and I think my enjoyment of it suffered because of the hype. If I could read them again, I would read Caraval first.
I enjoyed caraval and found it reminiscent of the night circus but I LOVE the night circus with all my heart and it wins ??
Caraval was 1000 times better than Night Circus. The characters and plot were more developed, in my opinion. The writing just as lyrical and beautiful. I barely made it through Night Circus – found it slow and plodding. Couldn’t put Caraval down.
