@Shelby I didn’t like the point of view from “death”. And it just seemed to drag for me. I wasn’t pulled in by any of the characters. I often wonder if it is because it it more a young adult novel? I also disliked The Fault in Our Stars. But I have read other young adult novels by Indian authors and loved them. ?♀️ I wonder if that is because those books (that I’ve read) take place in India which is different than America.
I haven’t finished yet because I couldn’t get into it. I struggled to make myself read it, finally I didn’t bother checking it back out (ebook using overdrive) because I figured why waste anymore time on it. I just found it to be too slow and so boring.
