I second the House of Night series. The Sookie Stackhouse novels are great as well. There’s a have love triangle (more like octagon) but ig also includes so much more. Fairies, shape shifters, weres…. Murder, mystery, humor, horror… One of my absolute favorite series!!!
House of Night novel by Kristin amd P.C cast I am not 100 percent sure of the authors’ names but you will love Zoe. It’s a lot similar to Twilight. The romance and complications but the action is a lot better and much more intrigue
The Black Dagger Brotherhood series. I’m onto book 8 of 15. It’s probably for over 18 yo as it has some quite erotic sex scenes. Certainly a calf tingler lol
I’m not sure I’d call it similar as such by the “Strange Angels” series by Lili St. Crow has vampires and werewolves in it and is really good. (And depending on how you are about “adult” novels the author also writes under the name of Lilith Saintcrow).
Richelle Mead, author of the Vampire Academy and sequel series Bloodlines, both are amazingly written and have great female leads. Romances are the best and the plot is even better. There six books to both series.
A Shade of Vampire by Bella Forest is decent. It’s a huge series, but only the first 7 have the same main characters, the rest are spin offs.

I second the Sookie stackhouse series! 8 enjoyed the audiobooks. It’s much more adult, though.

It’s not exactly the same, but The V Games x It’s about vampires and it’s pretty good with some romance thrown in x

Kim Harrison “The Hollows” is more of a mystery fantasy series but full of fun characters with vampires, werewolves, pixies.
