Depressing, confusing. I don’t find trying to figure out someone’s neuroses entertaining. I made it to page 91. Life’s too short to read a book you’re not enjoying when there’s so many other options.

It’s okay. It’s got a lot of great reviews, but I found that I didn’t like the characters either. And I felt it dragged in places. Perhaps if I’d gone into it with lower expectations I would’ve liked it more
I’m finding it hard going as don’t really like anyone in it but feel the need to find out what is all mounting to. ….will be very fed up if it’s an anti climax!

Try to orphan train instead. I have started it and glued.
