I love them both. I read the first Palace of Spies book kind of on a lark because the cover looked ridiculous and it caught be by surprise because I really ended up liking it.
Even if its a urban fantasy series I think the Elemental Assassin by Jennifer Estep is worth a look. It´s about a woman Assassin and its great ? there are currently 16 books in the series, but they are not extremely long.
Rachel Cessac They have had various authors over the years. You may have to look them up. If it helps, the main character in the Destroyer series is Remo Williams.
It’s actually a pretty ringing endorsement for me to recommend something like that… I don’t particularly enjoy intrigue as such, so if a book is good enough to make me step into that genre and LIKE it??
Daniel Silva’s books are really good.
I’ll take a look! Thank you!
Robert Ludlum, and Eric Van Lustbader.
I don’t think I have heard of them. I’ll look into them! Thanks!
Robert Ludlum is the author of The Bourne Identity, Eric Van Lustbader is know for his Japanese storylines. Modern day ninjas and such.

If you don’t mind fantasy and pretty detailed stuff, try The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb
I’m not too big on fantasy but I’ll definitely check out the trilogy. You never know☺
@Rachel it’s dense, but it’s old-school assassin stuff which is pretty fun
Ooh yes, I liked that series!
Spy/Secret agents … probably Tom Clancy, Jack Higgins, Vince Flynn (the movie American assassin is from his book in the same name)
Thank You!
Orphan X series by Greg Horowitz

Even if its a urban fantasy series I think the Elemental Assassin by Jennifer Estep is worth a look. It´s about a woman Assassin and its great ? there are currently 16 books in the series, but they are not extremely long.

I found a book series about a spy School. It was the Gallagher Girls series and I really enjoyed it.
Nelson De Mille, The Charm School excellent spy story.
How about jasper fforde and his Thursday next series.. Has to be read in order to make sense, so the Eyre Affair is first. 🙂
