I like them too! I enjoyed Twilight but I have to say I enjoy Lyndsay Sands Argeneaux vampires a lot. She has a new one out that I’m reading right now! Yay!

I tried them. Couldn’t get into them. I did watch the show.
@Kara I didn’t like the shows and a bunch of ladies I worked with were reading them and I started and had to catch-up (all on Kindle)
My husband liked them. They just rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe I’ll try it again some day.
@Kara some just don’t fit I have stared a book and did the naaa then a year later pick it up again and it worked other time same reaction as the first

I have enjoyed the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton, the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris, Sunshine by Robin McKinley, and many more that I can’t think of.

I Have a special place in my heart for the vampire books! I Loved Anne rice vampire chronicles, bram stokers dracula, Anita Blake series before it got too long… kinda liked twilight. Loved Salems Lot! have yet to read sookie stackhouse, or the black brotherhood series

I am reading a great series called A discovery of witches by Deborah Harkness. Its is good.i am on book 2 of the series. A Witch marries a Vampire, which is against their laws.

I have Christine Feehan’s ‘Dark Series’ JR Wards, ‘Black Dagger Brotherhood,’ Lara Adrian’s ‘Midnight Breed,’ Lynsay Sands, ‘Argeneau Series,’ and I even have my own in my Paranormal Serial. With reading so many was a challenge to come up with my own twist.

The Sookie books are my “chocolate at midnight”, there is no deeper meaning, no lessons to learn, just fun. The vampires are intense and horrible and wonderful. The humans are intense and horrible and wonderful.
