@Fiona my CPAP machine (helps me breathe throughout the night) broke tonight so I don’t see no sleep happening for this girl until Monday when I can either get a new hose or a new machine.
@Fiona I’ll try but don’t see much sleep being had. I took 25mg of Melatonin thinking that would knock me out. Tossed and turned until I just said, “Screw it! I’m up!”
@Amber ?? I’m a bad sleeper generally. As soon as the light is out my mind starts to whirr for hours. It’s horrible, I sympathize. Good job we have books to turn to. ?
Whenever I am in bed and surely since I am an insomniac, I am struggling to sleep and this thought is constantly on my mind that I must get up and read. Since I have been told to get my sleep habits right I try to sleep but I do give in sometimes and then it’s such a challenge to close up ?
