iPad with kindle app or you can actually download kindle app on your phone. You don’t need a special device to read ?

I use both of them all the time. Where ever you bookmark a book you can pick up on the other device with no problems.

I have an ipad with both apps and a tablet with both apps. I also have the nook and the kindle fire. You can have your pick for whatever/whenever your use for. Personally, I enjoy my kindle fire. User friendly and whenever i need customer service they are easy to reach over the phone and can be brought back to the store and a replacement is available when needed. Nook however must visit B&N amd sometimes CS is a pain and long holds on the phone. This might’ve changed now, its been 2 years since I requested for a new equipment.
The choice is yours mate. Kindle fire you can browse the internet and some nooks does have access bit is slow depends on the model you have.
I hope this helps.

@Kelsie I got mine as a gift in october last year and I’m so glad I did! The battery lasts 3 weeks on one charge and I read a lot can read in dark or bright sunlight with no glare. It’s very portable!!! Hope this helps I’m not the best at explaining

@Alison you are really selling it! How do you get books on there?

Alison

@Kelsie to get books you can either buy on amazon and they will show up automatically to your kindle on wifi and if your library does overdrive or libby you can check books out on there and send to kindle to read on there

Kindle paperwhite. It’s light and easy to read if you flip back-and-forth in bed. It’s easy to adjust the light when you read in the dark. Are usually read for eight hours or more at a time and have no trouble holding a charge.
