One of the best books I have ever read, then I guess I would presume that it would appeal more to a female audience.
To be perfectly honest, I stopped at page 166. It was feeling like a chore, and I had it as my fun read.
I don’t know, I’m female and am finding I’m not particularly a fan. I’m listening to by audio and I find myself zoning out.
I’m sure there are more people who didn’t like it like you. I really liked it. But everyone has a different kind of books they like or not.
Ive been halfway through that book for six months. I cannot get into it. I usually love ww2 stories too.
I started reading it a few weeks ago and did not find it interesting. I read a few chapters. I may pick it up again one day.

I thought it was a great read.
I read it recently and was very disappointed. It is definitely overrated.
It took me a long time to get into it but I’m glad I persevered.
