Haven’t read the Stephen King one and just finished Storyteller. Was dark as all Holocaust reading is.

I say either. You’re in for a good story either way.

Have a little funny story with the Storyteller.
Recommended it to my friend and she got mad at me. She is celiac and in the book they talk about breads and baking.
She was so hungry because she can’t eat anything that contains gluten and loves bread. She stopped reading after few chapters. Told me it was torturous. So be careful?

Lisey’s Story is amazing. I loved it. But it’s long and it’s definitely horror. So just know what you’re getting yourself into.

I really got into Jody Piccoult but I can’t read one after another coz I find her books have a pattern so I mix it up with something else in between. I hope you get what I mean by that lol

I just read Liseys Story. I didn’t really care for it. It seems like either people LOVE it or they HATE it.

I’m a fan of King and couldn’t get into Lisey’s Story. On the other hand, I hated The Storyteller. I’d go for King if I had to reread one of them.
