I thought it was ok, I have anxiety so it was interesting to me. It’s a super easy read so not like you need to put a lot of time into it

I didn’t care for Turtles All The Way Down despite the fact that I liked his other books when I was younger

I’ve been trying to decide whether I want to read Turtles or not.. as someone with OCD it could either be really helpful or really bad for me to read.

I didn’t like Turtles. There was no story to me. I loved TFIOS though.

I would read it. It’s different from his other books imo. Just know that it’s more character focused then plot.

Thank you for the comments!I think i will give it last chance and if i don’t like the book i will stop reading it.The thing that i hate the most in his books is that there are no plot and the main character is the same.Looking for Alaska-a boy likes bad girl,Paper towns-a boy likes bad girl pt.2,An Abundance of Katherines-the same plot, but explained with math and Let It Snow-the same, but with snow. But i respect the opinion of these people, who like his books. The only reason why i want to read this books is because i want to see how he describes mental illnes, beacuse books with these topics are tough for writing.

Yeah, no bad girls or boys in this one. There is sort of a missing person mystery, anxiety/obsessive thoughts and the trials and tribulations of being a good friend and daughter when you are struggling with mental illness. I appreciated all the stuff about her issues with her friends because when you have a mental illness issue (or any obstacle really) it can be “me, me, me” and her friends and her mom really try to work with her while admitting it’s not always easy.
