Yes they should have sent you an email
I don’t know. Check your gift card area to see if you have credit. They sent notifications out at the beginning of last year I believe it was.

It only applies for purchases between 2010 and 2012. I don’t believe I bought ebooks then.
Did you end up having any?
That’s what happened to me. I wasn’t buying ebooks at that point!
