I like Nick Cutter, just finished The Deep, that was good, so was The Troop.I also just got a short story horror collection by Joyce Carol Oates, really good.
I did, I thought it was good, but not as good as some of the later Harry Hole novels. Has some character development though, so it’s a good place to start.
