Recommendations for a romance thriller? Say Nora Roberts combined with James Patterson?

Have you read any of j.d. Robb? (Nora roberts pen name) its a series about a detective in the future named eve. Each book is a different case but it highlights on her relationship with her boyfriend

Yes I have all of her works and James Patterson, just wasnt sure if there was any series or authors that were kind of both combined.

I’ve never read any Sandra Brown but I think she fits this category from reading the plot summaries of her work.

I am reading Creation in Death by JD Robb right now. it is so good. also recommend The Obsession by Nora Roberts. it combines romance and suspense as does the Collector
