This is my favorite genre to read but this one started off slowly for me so I put it back for another time. Did anyone else have trouble getting into at the beginning?
I’ve got it on reserve at the library so as soon as it’s available i’ll try to slog through it again. I had the same problem with The Book Thief but the 3rd time I tried, I sailed through it. I must have been ready! 🙂
Did not like this book one bit. What a great story to tell, but Unfortunately, the writing was poor and I think the book could have been so much better if it were written well.
