Did you try the hard reset?
Will it not load? Or can you not buy anything?
Have you updated your kindle?
I would suggest restarting the Kindle and making sure it’s been updated.
Yeah shut the power off for a minute or two then restart it.
That happened to me, but then after the update it worked again
Sorry guys my man treated me to lunch as a surprise. It loads I can search for books but it won’t find then.
It’s an older kindle.. it says it is updating software. But I’m seriously thinking I just need a new one.
I have restarted it.

What will this do? Factory reset?
It’s a hard reset. I have had to do it a few times. It does fix a lot of problems. It doesn’t delete anything.

Ok when I search for a book ok my kindle this is what screen I get. I have to literally go to the amazon app to by ebooks.
Is this after the hard reset?
