I have no desire to read her again after Ugly Love (which is saying a lot because I’ll read any old garbage book)
Ugly Love I thought was okay. I didn’t get into it as much either but I could at least say I liked some of the characters. I really love Maybe Someday, Confess and Hopeless, and I enjoyed reading November 9 as well as her Never Never series, So I really had high hopes for Slammed. I just couldn’t relate nor did I like the whole student/teacher plot
Why didn’t you like it?
I think it started with the student/teacher part. It’s like a big no for me even though it’s just a book. I just can’t seem to get past the “weird” part. And the story itself I don’t know, I didn’t get attached nor did I relate to anything haha

Yes. I loved most of the other books I’ve read by her just not this one
Maybe someday, Hopeless and Confess are my top 3. I absolutely love those! If re-read them endlessly lol

well I love CoHo. She’s my favorite author atm. My three favorite books are written by her but this one I just didn’t like. I was told by someone I know that that one was their favorite out of her books. Not mine sadly lol
I’ll say four favorite books because I also loved her new book All Your Perfects

Try reading point of retreat…(it’s the 2nd book.of slammed series)I loved it.I also liked slammed but not loved it but point of retreat was better.
I bought the 2nd book before I started Slammed. I will get to it lol
