Intense I would say Cody McFayden or Chelsea Cain. Very scary and graphic. Detective—there are soooo many! Louise Penny’s books are awesome, Kathy Reichs, John Sandford, JA Jance, Archer Mayor, Alex Kava, Richard Montanari, Sue Grafton….I could go on and on—I love mysteries!

@Lysa there’s a trend I’ve noticed lately. The 7 (blanks) of Evelyn (blank). Interesting. I’ve come across 3 books now with that title format but there only other one I can remember is The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.

Home by Harlan Coben. I’m pretty sure it’s a popular mystery. It’s a really good book. I usually read romances and my brother bought this book for me. After reading it I am a Harlan Coben fan for life
