After the hype I was disappointed with I am Pilgrim, however I saw it through to the end. Our book group loved Room as we are all mothers. Lively discussions followed reading Room. I am Pilgrim is too thick for our reading group to contemplate.

Really enjoyed I am pilgrim , recommend it too so many people . One of those books I couldn’t put down . Room was a book club book I found ok but not as good as all the hype for it . Found the mum / kidnapped women a character I didn’t really like , far to weak and selfish
