Good reads
Goodreads mostly. But their actual “own a copy” system is a little odd. So I just have an “owned” shelf.

Yeah I use Goodreads as well. It’s my favorite.
I use a spreadsheet on my phone.
I have a kindle-if I try to rebuy something it lets me know I already own it!
It also lists everything I have downloaded and on the cloud
