My honest take on The Stand is that it is a great book. It has lulls in at times, but it is one of those books it is worth pushing through them to get to the end. You definitely don’t feel like you wasted your time and the resolution is rewarding.
It’s a big read. But yeah you should in fact I’ve been meaning to Reread it myself it’s been a long time. I reread a bunch of other King novels lately and truly enjoyed them all.
@JenniferNo I have not but hopefully in the future..he also has his own radio station in Bangor Maine he and Tabitha are great donors of their works as well as help the public..fantastic writers and people.
OMG yes yes yes! The whole unabridged thing. Scariest book I ever read. And one of the best! Real believable terror! Don’t watch the movie until after you read.
@Jennifer Steven and Tabethia used to sit on their front stoop at Halloween giving out candy, but then the crazy fans ruined it, but you see them all the time in town. He owns WKIT radio station too, rock and roll.
