Need help finding new things to read. Currently waiting on Sanderson, Paolini, rothfuss

Need help finding new things to read. Currently waiting on Sanderson, Paolini, rothfuss ?, renshaw, and several others to finish books. I’ll read anything from dark and gory to lighthearted and fun fantasy but I’ve ran into a few very bad stinky eggs since I finished the last finished book in the will wights cradle series. And I’ve got 7 hours left at work, please help lol

Was really impressed with Renshaw‘s first book. Not bad at all for freshman author. Now I’m patiently awaiting the second one…

@Brian I’m trying very hard to be patient. I’ve given up on rothfuss for the next few years. Renshaw is showing progress after he got his new place though

@Logan last I read Renshaw was on his third rewrite at 1000 pages. And that was 7 to 8 months ago… so hopefully won’t be too much longer.

I’ll list some of the more popular ones I’ve enjoyed in case you haven’t seen them. Iron Druid, anything by Terry Pratchette, Kate Daniels or Mercy Thompson series. A new favorite of mine if you want to try Sci/Fi, Murderbot series by Martha Wells.

Hobb, Feist, Brookes, Gaiman, Naomi Novik…. They all have awesome books out and plenty of them……

Take a look at Harper publishers and orbit books website, they have tonnes of new and old books. If you can’t find something there then there’s no hope ?
