The Qur’an… no qualms please. And i’m not going political. Its just that there is this feeling when you read it that changes your entire being and feels like you’re the one being referred to
Hahaha. Wow. The last book I read was Hellhole by Kevin J. Anderson and that was almost 700 pages. Now I’m going to have to find this book and read it. LOL
True. While I like changing my oil on my own, I don’t have the equipment to do it anymore. So I must go to people who get paid to do it. Plus side, I get to read while they work.
Physically impressive, that would be War and Peace by Tolstoy (reigning it at 1400 pages)….the one that impressed me the most is Paper Towns by John Green, but I’ve forgotten why.
Jessica is based on the inspiring true story of a young girl’s fight for justice against tremendous odds. A tomboy, Jessica is the pride of her father, as they work together on the struggling family farm. One quiet day, the peace of the bush is devastated by a terrible murder. Only Jessica is able to save the killer from the lynch mob – but will justice prevail in the courts? Nine months later, a baby is born… With Jessica determined to guard the secret of the father’s identity. The rivalry of her beautiful sister for the love of the same man will echo throughout their lives – until finally the truth must be told. Set in the harsh Australian bush against the outbreak if World war 1, this novel is heartbreaking in its innocence, shattering in its brutality.
The writing of The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss strongly impacted me for some reason which is why I’m so disappointed that he’s apparently abandoned the series
Guys, anyone who liked Sydney Sheldon ‘s novels can read Tilly Bagshaw, her work foes not compare to that of Sheldon of course, but I think it is pretty good
Master and Margarita (the uncensored version)

Hahaha. Wow. The last book I read was Hellhole by Kevin J. Anderson and that was almost 700 pages. Now I’m going to have to find this book and read it. LOL
It’s been a while, but I need to reread the Power of One again.
Last time I actually read the book had to be 2004. After that I’d always pick it up and skim thru it.
LOL. Will do. Just have to finish my errands first.
Yes they are. But my truck needs an oil change.

“Jessica” by Bryce Courtenay left me so emotionally disorientated I can still feel that impression whenever I think about it.
What’s it about?
