Flowers for alginon. Book was very crude in parts and I was glad to see the movie left them out.

The English Patient and The Constant Gardener. The scenic shots in the movie are awesome and acting is brilliant. I found the books a bit hard going.

All Harry Potters agree! Brought my imagination to life. But definitely not Of Mice and Men (sorry). Best ever book. Read it at school and it stayed in my heart forever!

Into the Wild. It’s a true story, so the book was a bit overwhelming with facts.

Books and their interpretation into film all depends on scriptwriting and directing. Film is visual and will always change the feel of a book. I know Gregory peck was born to play Atticus finch in to kill a mockingbird….now that film was a perfect interpretation of the book.

Hmmm I love both, but I think I just prefer Jurrassic Park the film over the book.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix – it was my least favourite of the book series but I thought they adapted it very well to screen
